ABOUT:

Antipole is the musical project of guitarist Karl Morten Dahl, based in Trondheim, Norway. Known for crafting a sound that is instantly recognizable—guitar-driven, melancholic, and steeped in the hypnotic textures of post-punk and darkwave.

The first release with Cold Transmission will be Future Echoes, a 9 song collaboration album with Pedro Code of IAMTHESHADOW. Karl has been a longtime friend of the CT label team and has occasionally been recording with IAMTHESHADOW since 2019 and even played a few live shows with them including performing at the Cold Transmission Festival in Cologne in 2019.

Antipole has done several remixes with Pedro Code for several notable artists including Haunt Me, Ash Code, Vandal Moon, Nürnberg and more. In addition Antipole released two collaboration singles with Cold Transmission artist Deus Ex Lumina in 2024/2025. Antipole has previously released collaboration album 'A Haunted Place' with Kill Shelter in 2021 and several collaboration albums with Paris Alexander.
